When approached by acclaimed Santa Barbara Wine Vitner, Seth Kunin, to help build his tasting room in the up and coming Funk Zone, we jumped at the opportunity.  Working with Karl Kras from Kras Design Studio, we fabricated the large wine bar from solid alder slabs and provided extensive wine storage in the limited commercial space.  With an open and inviting feel, the use of authentic materials, design simplicity, and artisan touches make AVA a locals favorite.
