Existing 1970's dilapidated residence purchased under guidance from Nate Modisette with the goal of building a Santa Barbara Modern home. With great orientation, amazing views and solid bones, the house was a perfect candidate for an extensive renovation. Enlisting Chris Cottrel of Native Son Design Studio, BoMo co-designed the residence, served as the general contractor, and provided custom millwork, steel, and finish accents throughout.
