Bomo offers highly integrated management and construction services. With a team of experienced carpenters and owner/operator managers onsite, Bomo maintains a synchronized production schedule and consistent quality control. This structure enables Bomo to be reactive, responsive, and cost sensitive throughout the entire building process.

With an extensive background in millwork, cabinetry, furniture design and custom installations, Bomo offers highly custom fabrication for discerning clients.
ABOUT
BoMo Design, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Nate Modisette in Santa Barbara, CA. Perpetuating the legacy of three generations of builders in the Santa Barbara area, Nate was drawn to the design and finish spectrum of residential construction. Naturally drawn toward timeless design and quality craftsmanship, BoMo was founded as a Boutique construction company to provide premium services and finish detail to select clients. Modest volume and elevated detail/service is the ethic that drives BoMo Design. Since its inception, BoMo has been fortunate to work with many of Santa Barbara's top Architects on flagship residential projects. Including but not limited to AB Design, Anacapa Architecture, 11 Modern, Kras Design Studio, and Native Son Design Studio. Collaboration in both design and production process has been the cornerstone of BoMo's success in building distinctive residences for discerning clients.
